Trump says will be doing a lot of deals with Iraq, taking a lot of oil out

President Donald Trump told reporters Tuesday that U.S. oil companies are forming major partnerships in Iraq to extract "a lot of oil," even as he confirmed that U.S. troops will withdraw from the country by September 30.
