US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Friday the latest release of dozens of political prisoners in Venezuela was a "crucial step" in the country's reconciliation process.
"The recent release of over 130 political prisoners in Venezuela is a crucial step for the nation's reconciliation process. Since January 3rd, 1,046 Venezuelans have been released," he said in a post on X.
