Serbian war criminal Mladic to be buried with 'state honours': minister

Serbia's Justice Minister Nenad Vujić said on Friday that former Bosnian Serb military commander Ratko Mladić—convicted of genocide and war crimes by an international tribunal—will receive full state and military honors to which he is entitled, speaking in an interview with local broadcaster K1.

Serbia's justice minister Nenad Vujic told local broadcaster K1 on Friday that former Bosnian Serb military leader and convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic "will receive all the military and state honours to which he is entitled".

Mladic, who was dubbed by the international media as the "Butcher of Bosnia" for his brutal reputation during the Bosnian war, died on Thursday while serving a life sentence for war crimes in The Hague.
