US President Donald Trump said Monday that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to stop striking each other's energy facilities.
"Ukraine has agreed not to hit Russian Energy targets. Russia has agreed to do, likewise!" Trump said on his social media platform Truth Social.
Trump also attributed the surge in global diesel prices primarily to the Russia-Ukraine war rather than the US-Israeli war with Iran.
"The World's Diesel price rise is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran," he added.
