Russia hit two vessels sailing under foreign flags in Ukraine's Black Sea region of Odesa, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Tuesday.
Zelenskiy said that Russian strikes also damaged energy facilities, substations, civilian businesses and residential buildings.
The capital Kyiv and 10 other regions came under attack overnight, he added.
