Norway PM says call with Putin discussed ways to end Ukraine war

The leaders of Norway, Finland and Russia held a three-way phone call on Tuesday to discuss possible ways to end the war in Ukraine, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere said Wednesday.
