Gaza launches Polio vaccination campaign for over 640,000 children

A polio vaccination campaign for over 640,000 children under 10 is underway in the Gaza Strip, led by the Palestinian Health Ministry with support from WHO, UNICEF, and UNRWA. Vaccinations have already begun in Deir al-Balah.

The Palestinian Health Ministry, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, and the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), is conducting a polio vaccination campaign in the Gaza Strip for over 640,000 children under the age of 10. Vaccinations have been administered in Deir al-Balah.
