The video, published by Seattle-based OceanGate Expeditions, features extraordinary details from the Titanic's wreck and some of its features.
The exploration team used new technologies which it said are important in guiding scientists and maritime archaeologists characterize the decay of the Titanic more precisely.
Roy Golden, a Titanic expert and diver, said that in the footage, which lasted about a minute, he was able to reach never-before-seen details of the sunken ship.
''For example, I've never seen the name of anchor manufacturer Noah Hingley & Sons Ltd. on the port side anchor. I've been inspecting the wreck for decades and doing so many dives. I can't remember seeing another image showing this level of detail," Golden said in a press release.
OceanGate also announced that the high-resolution images will be used to monitor the ship's decay from now on.
