The embedded simulator TMES inside the tank provides the crew with the opportunity to train in a virtual environment using real user interfaces. Thanks to this system, personnel can undertake their missions much better prepared, using scenarios loaded prior to operations.
These systems, developed with national resources, have placed ASELSAN among the few companies capable of developing all mission equipment of a tank in-house. This enables ASELSAN to compete with global giants both in new tank production and in the modernization of existing tanks.
In addition, the national periscope systems developed by ASELSAN engineers serve as the "eyes" of ALTAY, providing the tank crew with a wide field of view, highly accurate detection, and effective surveillance capabilities.
