Göbeklitepe: The "Zero Point of History" elevates regional tourism
Described as the "zero point of history" and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2018, Göbeklitepe has welcomed 3.645 million visitors since 2019, becoming the driving force of tourism in the region.
Gaining increasing fame with its Neolithic-era artifacts, Göbeklitepe was added to the UNESCO Tentative List in 2011 and became a World Heritage Site in 2018.
