Aftermath of 4th day in Israeli-Palestinian conflict: Wreckage, suffering and sorrow

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been continuing since October 7th. The death toll in Israel due to the attacks has surpassed 900. In Gaza and the West Bank, the casualties have risen to 704, with 143 children and 105 women among those who have lost their lives.
