A new snowstorm is expected along the U.S. Northeast coast bordering the Atlantic Ocean, and some states in the region are preparing to declare a state of emergency.
The National Weather Service (NWS) warned that the upcoming snowstorm could be "much heavier" than forecasts made just a few days ago.
