Israeli police impose strict restrictions on worshipers entering Al-Aqsa Mosque

Israeli police continued their restrictions around the Al-Aqsa Mosque, preventing Palestinian youths from attending Friday prayers, repeating actions from previous weeks. Intensive security measures, including iron barriers and checkpoints, were enforced in the Old City area, barring entry for Palestinians, leading to verbal altercations with the police. Many Palestinians who couldn't enter Al-Aqsa prayed in a nearby mosque and on sidewalks.
