Meta censors Bassem Youssef for criticizing Western double standards on Israel

Prominent Egyptian comedian Bassem Youssef, who criticized the Western media for remaining silent on Israel's massacre in Gaza and whose statements were watched by millions, made a notable post. Bassem Youssef mentioned that Facebook has restricted his recent posts and asked, "I wonder why?" It's known that the Meta company, which owns platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, has been making efforts to conceal and censor the genocide since the Israeli attacks.

When pro-Israel host Piers Morgan asked, "What happened on October 7th?" Youssef responded, "It was, of course, terrible. You know, my wife's family lives in Gaza. They have cousins and uncles there, and their homes were bombed. We couldn't communicate with them. But you know, we're used to it... 'Oh, Israel is killing us.' But they never die! What I mean is they always come back! I know it's very hard to kill them because I'm married to one of them."
