Türkiye's state-run Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) hosted an iftar fast-breaking dinner for orphans in Mazar-i Sharif, northern Afghanistan.
The Monday dinner for the Muslim holy month of Ramadan was also attended by Semih Lütfü Turgut, Türkiye's consul general in Mazar-i-Sharif, and TIKA Mazar-i-Sharif Coordinator Mikail Taşdemir, along with other local officials.
A large number of orphans took part in the iftar dinner, while 150 children from a TIKA orphanage also joined them.
