Anadolu Efes topple ALBA Berlin in EuroLeague

Turkish basketball giants Anadolu Efes beat Germany's ALBA Berlin 106-105 late Friday in a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season match.
Anadolu Efes earned its first win of the new season in overtime in Istanbul as the home team's U.S. star Shane Larkin scored 26 points.
Anadolu Efes' Serbian guard Vasilije Micic was on fire, producing 23 points and 13 assists as well as four steals.
The Turkish team's U.S. center Bryant Dunston racked up 18 points.
The visiting team's top scorer was Lithuanian forward Rokas Giedraitis, producing 21 points.
ALBA Berlin's U.S. forward Luke Sikma scored 15 points and eight rebounds.
Another U.S. forward for the German team, Tyler Cavanaugh, scored 14 points and took eight rebounds.
So far this season, Anadolu Efes has one win and one loss.
The team lost to Spain's FC Barcelona 74-64 on Oct. 4 in a Round 1 match in Istanbul.
