HİSAR is located in the middle layer of the Iron Dome, and SİPER in the upper layer.
The Iron Dome (Çelik Kubbe), which incorporates many air defense weapon systems, radars, electro-optical solutions, communication modules, command and control stations, and artificial intelligence, is the "brain of Türkiye's air defense."
Along with HAKİM, the overarching intellectual solution that will manage the coordinated operation of the systems within the Iron Dome (Çelik Kubbe), sensor systems and communication solutions are also being developed by ASELSAN.
